Thanksgiving is a wonderful reminder to pause from our day-to-day and reflect all that we are grateful for in our lives. We are very blessed to share that our team and our families are healthy and thriving.
Over the last 12 months, The Will Group has welcomed new client service team member, Ashli Regan, hosted summer intern, Lily Smith, and expanded its next generation with the wonderful addition of one (1) new baby and another two (2) on the way before the start of 2024!

Alex and John are excited to welcome another baby girl to their family in November. They continue to stay busy with their growing family Grace (5), Jack (3), Jude (2). They love volunteering together and are very active in their community at New Life Church.
Ashli and Sean are enjoying life in Frederick. They have been busy preparing for the arrival of their first baby, a boy, due in December.
Bill and Joanna are pleased to share they celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in May. Caitlin is living in Alexandria, VA while still working at Salesforce. Holly completed her first year of Medical School in Brisbane, Australia. Taylor is teaching in Fairfax, VA and Tommy is a junior at Tennessee majoring in Finance.
Frank & Olivia are busy with their three children, Frankie Jr (7), Josephine (4), and Vivian (2). Frank continues to be very active in the community by coaching little league football and basketball through LOUYAA, serving as the Treasurer of the Frederick Community College Foundation, and becoming a member of the Rotary Club of Frederick.
Ian & Libby have been enjoying keeping up with their two children, Collins (3) and Brooks (10-months).
Josh and Cate got engaged and have been very busy planning their June 2024 wedding. He also joined the Board of Trustees at the Community Foundation of Frederick County and stays active in the community.
Laurynn & Evon keep very busy with their flag football, golf, and theater loving crew – Ethan (15), Jordynn (12), and Eli (10).
Mark and Angela welcomed their new grandson, Emmett, into the family with Jameson and Caitlin! Mary Grace is working and living in Frederick, Mollie graduated from MICA and is living in “Charm City,” and Jake is Junior at Coast Carolina University.
Melinda and Jason are staying busy with Anthony who started 2nd grade.
Nick & Annie are enjoying weekend adventures with their new puppy Maverick and cheering on Coach Annie’s Oakdale High School varsity soccer team.”
Paul & Linda are pleased to share that Madeline continues to work with Playfly Sports Properties in Georgetown, Washington DC, and Sean is a Junior at Urbana High School.
Steve & Annie have settled into their new home in Frederick and were thrilled to welcome their first child, Carolyn Marie, at the end of October.
Susan & Doug are keeping busy with their three children Casey (8), Dylan (6) and Brayden (4). You can usually find them at the football field (Casey – cheer), the lacrosse field (Casey & Dylan), the soccer field (Brayden) or the ice rink (Dylan – hockey).
