Associate - Client Service

The Associate - Client Service team member is responsible for client onboarding, maintaining advisor and client files, generating client reports, contacting clients to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling meetings with professional staff, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses

Responsibilities

General

  • Opening new accounts, update account information, fill out necessary forms, and perform routine tasks such as updating mailing or other instructions.
  • Trains other CSAs or Administrative Assistants, if experienced

Client Service

  • Attends client meetings and takes extensive notes, where appropriate
  • Handles requests for transfers of funds in and out of accounts
  • Enters or updates cost basis information
  • Prepares necessary forms for opening or maintaining accounts
  • Interfaces with the broker-dealer or custodian to obtain information or account data and convey service requests
  • Maintains information in the CRM system

Benefits

Full-time position; salary range $55,000- $150,000 based on experience. Eligible for Healthcare and wellness benefits, PTO, 401 (k), and Profit-Sharing plan. This position is located in Frederick, Maryland, and is not remote.
