Melissa Holt joined our team in May 2026 as an Associate – Client Service, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role, she supports the team in delivering a high level of service to clients, assisting with account maintenance and cash management solutions, and helping clients navigate the firm’s digital tools and resources. Melissa is committed to creating a seamless, responsive client experience.
Melissa began her career with First National Bank of Maryland, where she advanced from teller to financial sales representative and branch service manager. She later transitioned into financial advisory with Legg Mason and went on to spend more than 20 years with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms.
Melissa resides in the historic district of Frederick, Maryland, with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her son in Nebraska, reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
