I am passionate about managing and optimizing communication strategies and operational processes. My role involves developing and implementing communication plans, coordinating both internal and external communications, and overseeing operational activities to promote efficiency and effectiveness across our organization. I find great excitement in the continuous pursuit of improvement and innovation, whether it's refining existing processes or exploring new ideas. The collaborative culture within our team, along with our genuine care and authentic concern for our clients, is something I truly cherish. Our clients appreciate our thorough and holistic approach to tailoring specialized financial plans that consider the entire financial picture, including family legacy, organizational goals, and charitable aspirations.
Being a born and raised Marylander, I spent my early years in Montgomery County before moving to Frederick County in middle school. I graduated from Towson University and now raise my family in Washington County. My husband of 20 years, Adam, and I are proud parents to our three daughters: Kara, a Senior studying Technical Theatre; Talia, a Sophomore focusing on Photography & Cinemaphotography; and Alexa, a Freshman violinist—all attending the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. Our family is completed by Dani, our beloved Rottweiler, who is very much the spoiled princess.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and hiking in nature, as well as teaching yoga. I've been leading community yoga classes since 2016. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts (BISFA) and am involved with the Recruiting and Retention Committee. BISFA is a fantastic college-prep, arts-based high school that provides students with exceptional arts education and enrichment opportunities.
