After graduating from the University of Stirling, Scotland with a B.A. in Economics, Paul spent several years working in London, then moved to Washington, D.C. to complete his master’s degree at The American University. Paul was self-employed as a business consultant for several years, then spent nine years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in the D.C. Metro area assisting Fortune 100 Corporate clients.
In 2004 Paul left Accenture to join Richard Will, Bill Coffey and Mark Mayer with The Will Group at Legg Mason, and is now with RS Will Wealth Management.
Paul currently holds the designations of:
- Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM, awarded by the College for Financial Planning
- Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM, awarded by the College for Financial Planning
- Certified in Long Term Care, awarded by The Corporation for Long-Term Care Certification, Inc.
- Certified Plan Fiduciary AdvisorSM , awarded by National Association of Plan Advisors
Paul resides in Ijamsville, MD with his wife Linda and their two children.
