2025 Tax Statements & Release Schedule
National Financial Services (Fidelity), will begin releasing 2025 tax reporting statements in phases:
- Retirement accounts - January 16, 2026
- Non-retirement accounts - February 21, 2026, with some issuing March 11, 2026.
If you electedeDelivery, you will receive an email from Wealthscape stating that tax reporting statements are available.
If youdid not elect eDelivery, please expect to receive your tax reporting statements in the mail.
All tax documents (when available) can be found in Wealthscape Investor using the steps below:
- Visitwww.rswill.com/login
- SelectWealthscape
- Sign in toWealthscape
- From the home page, locate theTax Formtile (screenshot below)
Alternatively, you can view each account tax form separately by:
- From the homepage, navigate to the left-hand side menu
- Select the desired account and selectDetails.
- SelectDocuments.
- SelectTax Documents.
- Select the current tax year (2025)and select Go.
- ClickView PDFto view the tax document. Once open, Adobe Reader will allow you todownloadorprintthe PDF, in the upper right-hand corner.

Importing Your Tax Statements
Quicken Import
Depending on your version of Quicken, they will be able to link their NFS brokerage account to their Quicken file. If your client is unsure of their version, please have them visit Quicken for more information.
Wealthscape Investor – Important Information
To use the Import 1099 feature on Quicken, your client must be registered for Wealthscape Investor. Quicken will prompt the user to enter their login credentials (step 4 below). They will need to repeat steps 4-6 for each NFS account that they own.
If you are filing your own taxes with Quicken, please review the 1099 section to ensure you are confirming the imported information is being reported under your SSN.

Turbo Tax Import
To use the Import 1099 feature on TurboTax, you must be registered for Wealthscape. TurboTax will prompt you to enter your login credentials.
Depending on your version of Quicken, they will be able to link their NFS brokerage account to their Quicken file. If your client is unsure of their
- Turbo Tax will automatically import all tax documents, for all accounts linked to the Wealthscape Investor ID. This means if you have accounts linked to view as a third party, they will be imported.
- There is an option to deleteany imported 1099’s that you do not want to submit.
If you are filing your own taxes with TurboTax, please review the 1099 section on TurboTax to ensure you are confirming the imported information is being reported under your SSN and delete any tax documents for accounts that you do not own.
