Ashli attended the University of Maryland, College Park where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and completed the Honors Humanities program within the Honors College. She began her career in financial services with Morgan Stanley in 2018, and then Merrill Lynch in 2021, before joining The Will Group in 2023. Ashli and her husband, Sean, reside in Frederick.
